Compliance, Monitoring And Evaluation Administrator

Job Description

The key purpose of the position is to provide support towards the implementation of initiatives within the Y.E.S. Service.


Education Requirements:

• Grade 12

• Diploma or Higher


Experience:

• Minimum 2 years prior experience in Y.E.S. administration, Office administration within a training environment/human resources environment.


Sound Working Knowledge:

· Possess a strong working knowledge of administrative processes

· Strong HR Administrative background

· BEE experience is an advantage

· MS Office, Excel, and MS Outlook


Duties:

· Requesting for leave schedules from the Host Employers.

· Sending the monthly leave schedules and supporting documents to the Member's

· administrative team before the payroll cutoff date.

· Capturing leave taken by the YES Youth.

· Querying YES Youth with regards to abnormal leave trends with the relevant host.

· Communicating unpaid leave to the YES youth if there are any deductions made on their salaries.

· Creating an employment contract for YES Youth.

· Onboarding the YES Youth before he/she is placed if it is a project requisite.

· Requesting for the YES Youth documents from the Host of Member Administration department.

· Sending onboarding document pack to the Member/Host.

· Request monthly payslips from the Member/Payroll Service Provider.

· Sending the retrieved payslips to the Document Collection administrator.

· Resolving any payslip queries within 24 hours.

· Ensuring that all the YES youth have received their phones.

· Attending to any out-of-box queries within 24 hours.

· Attending to any phone related queries within 24 hours.

· Following up with the YES Youth regarding their engagement in the YES Apps monthly.

· Sending YES Youth app engagement statistics to the Members and Hosts monthly and

· cascade the target for the YES Youth to meet.

· Ensuring that the YES Youth engagement on the YES Apps is 100% of the YES4Youth Milestones.

· Sending the Supervisor App Engagement stats to the Member/Host employers and cascade the target of surveys to be completed by the Supervisor.

· Ensuring that the Supervisor App Engagement on the Supervisor App is 100% of the YES Milestones.
