Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Employment Equity consulting/implementation

• Employment Equity Committee Training.

• Employment Equity Plan Development.

• Facilitation of workshops with Human Resources and Employment Equity Committees.

Sound Working Knowledge:

• Thorough technical knowledge of the Employment Equity Act (EEA) Amendments and the impact thereof on business.

• Management Control B-BBEE element scorecard exposure will be beneficial.

Skills:

• Computer literacy

• Strong workshop facilitation skills

• Advanced analytical ability

• Advanced communication skills

• Strong strategic thinking skills

Requirements:

• Be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Be able to work with minimal supervision

• Available to travel to Clients in the Gauteng area

• Professional and energetic person.
