Proposal Manager
Job Description
This role involves reviewing sales notes, drafting and sending proposals, following up on and maintaining an up-to-date pipeline with the ultimate goal of securing signed paperwork.
Education Requirements
- Minimum level necessary to perform the job: Grade 12.

- Minimum of 4 years Sales experience.

Day-to-Day Work Activities
- Reviewing sales notes.
- Drafting and sending proposals.
- Following up on and maintaining an up-to-date pipeline.
- Securing signed paperwork.

- Follow-up and secure signed proposals
- Member relationship management..
- Stats management and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drafting and sending proposals that have been requested.
- Maintaining up-to-date data on the Salesforce pipeline.
- Following up on the pipeline to secure signed proposals.
- Raising any blocks to signed paperwork to the relevant Service Desk Sales Manager or Membership Sales Manager for assistance.
